When you purchase a kitten from Our Favorite Things Cattery you're purchasing a lot of love wrapped up in a very small package.  

     Because they are smaller in size, we do not allow them to leave their mom until between 10-12 weeks of age, depending on each individual kitten's size and needs. 

     We want their new family to receive a healthy thriving kitten that will adapt well to its new surroundings and to the new family members, be it animal (dogs) or people, so our kittens are raised as part of our family and are given big doses of love and attention daily.  As a result, they love everything that moves - people, dogs, bugs..........

SHIPPING

   We do ship if necessary, but really prefer not to; although the kittens seem to do very well with the flying experience, arriving at their new homes safe and happy.

DEPOSIT

     We require a 50 percent nonrefundable deposit to hold the kitten of your choice until it's old enough to leave its mom.

 Kittens will be UTD on all shots and meds when they go to their new homes.  All parents have tested negative for feline leukemia.

We do not offer a one-year health guarantee because, quite honestly, although we try very hard to screen prospective buyers, we have no way of knowing how they take care of their pets.  Do they take them for a vet check regularly?  Do they feed them a well balanced diet?  Do they allow them outside?  There are just too many unknowns that we have no control over.

That being said, we do offer a refund of  the purchase price if your kitten is found to have a life-threatening genetic defect if it is  verified by our vet.

     We offer Military discounts for families who have loved ones in the active Military.

     We also offer a multi-kitten discount of $100.

     We accept personal checks for the initial deposit, but the final payment must be in cash or through PayPal.  The deposit is required in order to hold a particular kitten for you.
